- Catch a thrown book and hit back = one point
- Step on or over a sideline or centerline = no score
- Open a book and read = fight break
- Kick or destroy a book intentionally = fighter exclusion, end of the match
- One game = 4 books down
- Pick up books, back to the pile for next game
- One match = 7 games
- Winner award
- Final bow, shake hands...
